Wednesday night was Kidero's day with the local and internationally known TV host, Jeff Koinange.
During the interview, the Nairobi County governor took to a central position in the stage to assure his city residents that he is there to offer service to them. Kidero was quoted saying he has never been a mercenary but a missionary. The statement reveals that indeed the county boss has a hearty commitment to deliver his best.
Viewers and keen followers of the program issued a chain of questions to the governor, with most of them seeking clarifications on issues affecting them. Among the issues of concern was how City Hall was planning to help the Huruma tragedy victims. In response, Kidero acknowledged that all the deceased shall be accorded a decent burial as the survivors get help to restart their lives afresh.
Kidero also took the chance to warn all those living in buildings that have been marked for demolitions noting that his government shall have no reverse gear.
The governor called out for support from all city residents in a bid to ensure Nairobi becomes the best place to live, work and relax.
