Otuoma said when he resigned from his vice chairman position in ODM, he was a disturbed person but now he has come to his senses and he will not leave the party he founded.

"When I left Raila and resigned from my position I was very angry. Sometimes as a person you may lose focus of what is important. Now I have come to my senses and am ready to take my seat back," he said.

Speaking on Saturday in Siaya during the funeral of former Harambee Stars Assistant Coach James Siang'a, Otuoma said he reached the decision after consulting with party leader Raila Odinga when they met on Friday.

"If there is a fight in a household, it should be solved in the household. I cannot quit when almost all of our grievances have been resolved. I am not leaving ODM and I am ready to retain my seat as the party's vice chairman," declared Otuoma.

Sirisia MP John Waluke and Otuoma skipped the launch of Ababu Namwamba's Labour Party of Kenya (LPK) on Thursday.

The three were said to be behind the 'mulembe consciousness' movement aimed at uniting Western residents.
