Addressing media in Nakuru on Wednesday, Gikaria said the two officials did a very commendable job.
“We all thought that the ladies would fail in the exercise especially owing to the history of Nakuru politics but I want to commend them for the good work they did,” said Gikaria.
The Legislator appealed to those elected as members of the Elections Board in Nakuru County to ensure they understand the party.
“My appeal to those elected as members of the Elections Board in Nakuru is to ensure that they understand what the Jubilee Party constitution says as we head to the primaries,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Legislator refuted claims that he is a leader of violence owing to what happened during the exercise.
“I must say that I will continue to work as per the interests of the people I represent. I am not violent but I have the people’s interests at heart and that should not be misinterpreted,” he said.
