Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Peter Kenneth has dismissed Sonko’s bribe allegations.

PK said that it is upon the people to choose who they want to rectify mistakes made by current governor Dr. Evans Kidero.

The former presidential hopeful also warned Sonko and Miguna Miguna among other aspirants to against abusive politics.

He advised them to concentrate on developing the capital city.

“Why would I pay or bribe someone to step down… bribe itself is a crime. It is the people of Nairobi who will choose their leaders,” PK said.

Jubilee Party unity should also be prioritized. Kenneth urged his competitors for the Jubilee Party ticket to unite their political outfit.

He said, “For the sake of our Jubilee Party, we need to be seen speaking to each other rather than speaking against each other.”

The former legislature faulted Kidero regime for worsening the city situation.

He said that the electorate have not been served as promised.

“In 2013, Nairobi residents elected Governor Evans Kidero to manage the city, but they never got a good manager who is keen at bringing developments and that’s why we have poor sewerage systems all over and our roads are pathetic.

I want to turn Nairobi into the once clean city that we had years ago,” Kenneth said.
