This is after the DP claimed that NASA was being funded by leaders who have benefited from mega scandals that have rocked this nation since independence.
Wanjigi hit the headlines a few weeks ago after several stories were published by Nation over his links with top leaders in the government and outside the government.
The Ukambani political kingpin had earlier on asked Ruto to come clean over his relationship with Wanjigi. The two leaders have continued to trade barbs over different issues. On his part, DP Ruto has insisted that his differences with Kalonzo are reconcilable.
During a rally in Machakos, Ruto said that he (Kalonzo) backs President Kenyatta, adding that he only has a small problem with the former vice president, now NASA’s second in command as the alliance seeks to rise to power.
The DP also said that Kalonzo is not too blind to follow Raila to the wrong Promised Land.
“My brother Kalonzo is a Christian who I am sure will not allow his people to be led to a fake Canaan that chang’aa and busaa is legalised. The Canaan we know in the Bible is the one that has honey and milk,” Ruto said.
