On the World Bank report on counties performance, Mbugua reiterated that despite inheriting a huge wage bill from the previous county and municipal councils as well as the provincial administration, the county government has been able to maximise and fully utilise the eight per cent that had remained of the total amount to bring along productive infrastructural development.
Among the key developments that the governor noted were roads, water, lighting, health and security adding that other capital projects in water and the building of an industrial park are almost underway.
