Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has responded to the recent summons over hatespeech.
Speaking after landing an invite to apear before the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) over hate speech remarks he allegedly made on September 25 against NASA leader Raila Odinga, Kuria laughed off the charges, saying they are practically impossible.
He took to social media to say he had not incited anyone into violence since his message was only directed at people who cannot be incited.
"So there is such a thing as inciting the police!!," he said.
According to the NCIC, Kuria had asked the Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet to shoot and kill Raila Odinga and other anti-IEBC protesters should they break the law.
He is set to appear before the commission on Monday October 9.
