Amani National Congress (ANC) party leader Musalia Mudavadi has hit out at his critics and said that he does not have time for useless arguments.
Mudavadi was responding to a group of leaders in Western Kenya who are opposed to his recent appointment as the Luhya community spokesperson.
"I will not waste my time dealing with sideshows," he said at the Amani National Congress headquarters in Nairobi on Tuesday.
He said this while receiving new members that included former Minister Kipruto arap Kirwa.
Mudavadi was recently installed as the Luhya spokesman in a function organised by Cotu Secretary General Francis Atwoli.
However, Bungoma senator Moses Wetang'ula and his Kakamega counterpart Bonny Khalwale dismissed the crowning and Mudavadi's new post.
