Is it true that popular radio presenter, Maina Kageni still lives in his mother's house?
The radio personality openly came out on Monday and revealed that he doesn’t live in his mother’s house. This is after fans insinuated that he’s still under his mum’s roof.
As is the norm, Kageni started his day with discussions on his popular breakfast show at Classic 105 FM. This time around, his on-air topic was about young adults and when or if they should move out of their parent’s homes.
The topic came up after a judge from Spain ruled that young adults need to move out of their parent’s houses at the age of 22.
This is after a 24-year-old woman sued her parents, claiming that they should continue supporting her financially.
The presenter who hosts the popular breakfast show, Maina and King'ang'i at Classic 105 FM asked listeners for their opinions.
Some called in and gave their take on the matter while others took to social media to give their thoughts on the topic of debate.
In one of the responses though on Twitter, a follower of the presenter by the name Boniface Atanasi, decided to blast Maina Kageni, saying he’s had things easy because he still lives with the mother.
“Watu watoke wakae independent, wawache kukaa kama Maina, amekatalia kwa mamake," he wrote on his twitter page.
It is at this juncture that Kageni finally addressed the rumour.
He was categorical that he doesn’t live with his mother.
“I don’t live with my mother, for your information Boniface,” he said in a firm tone.
