Dr Evan Nyatigo says he has studied the problems facing the county and is ready to take up the challenge to streamline its leadership to bring about the desired change.

Addressing residents at Kebirigo market on Friday, Nyatigo blamed the current leadership under Governor John Nyagarama saying it has failed to deliver its mandate and foster development.

“The current governor needs to step aside and let fresh leadership take over as he has failed to deliver his mandate. I call upon residents to elect leaders who are focused on improving their living standards and the county,” he added.

He assured residents that his leadership will be inclusive and will be geared towards delivering his election pledges.

Nyatigo is one of the many hopefuls keenly eyeing on the top county seat that is currently being held by Governor Nyagarama.
