Busia govenor Sospeter Ojaamong has hinted at working closely with the Jubilee administration.
Ojaamong's remarks comes days before President Uhuru Kenyatta's swearing in ceremony scheduled for next week.
Uhuru is set to take oath of office for his second term after the Supreme Court upheld his reelection victory on Monday.
The apex court contended that Uhuru was validly reelected during the October 26 presidential repeat polls.
Uhuru's second term however comes with serious legitimacy concerns surrounding his presidency, with NASA insisting that he was not validly reelected.
But speaking to the media on Wednesday, Ojaamong stated that he has no problem working with Uhuru, provided that the Head of State forms an all-inclusive government.
“We are ready to work with the government of the day. But we need a government that can accommodate everyone. A government that is all-inclusive,” he remarked.
