Kibra MP Ken Okoth has clarified that he has not yet joined Wiper as per the rumors that spread in social media Sunday suggesting that he had shifted camps.
Okoth through his Facebook account said, "May I state it here categorically that those are false allegations fabricated by my competitors in the ODM nominations race.
They are so scared to face me in content, substance, depth, intellect and experience that they have thus resorted to medieval propaganda tactics which seem to be a basis of their manifesto."
There has been a wide feeling that the development oriented Okoth will be denied the ODM party's ticket after Raila's daughter announced her candidature for the same position.
Okoth's statement further read, "Let it be on RECORD that I am in ODM, I am a life member and I have already paid my nomination fees which means am going all the way to the nominations."
