Kitutu Chache South Mp Richard Onyonka has decline reports linking him to the arrest and detainment of the controversial businessman Don Bosco Gichana in Tanzania .
Speaking to the press after the parliamentary budget public participation forum which was held at Gusii cultural hall yesterday, Onyoka said he is clean and has nothing to do concerning the arrest and detainment of Gichana.
“Honestly I know nothing about Don Bosco nor on his arrest, I only heard that he was arrested through money laundry business in Tanzania, he is my political competitors but I have no connection to his arrest,” said Onyonka.
“Those who are saying that I fear Gichana in politics are mislead, the people are the one to decide with or without Gichana they will vote me out, the choice is in their hands not ours,” he added.
Onyonka has also distance himself from the allegations of massive corruption which he has been accused of saying those who are terming him as the most corrupt are rivals targeting him politically.
“The allegations about massive corrupt are untrue I have worked for the people the Uwezo Fund was used well and every single cent can be accountable for," said Onyonka.
"So aiming me politically is not the better let everybody sell his or her policies and the people will decide,” he said.
