Nyamira county governor John Nyagarama has called upon the residents of Nyamira county and close allies to give him one more term in order for him to accomplish his development agenda.
Speaking while presiding over a fundraiser for women group on Tuesday evening, Nyagarama said he has been closely identifying projects to be carried out by the county government and he is looking forward to implementing more in the next few years he will be in office.
“I have seen many politicians come up and ready to take over the gubernatorial seat but all I would like to tell them is that I am here to serve the people of Nyamira for the next few years and accomplish my development agenda,” he added.
He took shots on his opponents for occasionally tarnishing his name wherever they go and called upon them to sell their manifesto and not to tarnish his name.
“I know currently there are many candidates looking into my position but all I would like them to know is that my people still love me and like my policies and I am sure they will be able to vote for me in the year 2017,” he added.
