Governor Alfred Mutua has denied claims that he has bad 'blood' with Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka.

Mutua indicates that his relationship with Kalonzo is cordial.

The Maendeleo Chap Chap Movement leader says that he only differ with Kalonzo on ideologies.

“We are good friends with Kalonzo and I have great respect for him,” he said during an interview on Citizen TV’s CheChe show on Wednesday morning.

Governor Mutua added that he has nothing personal against the Wiper party leader.

The Machakos governor who is also a member of Wiper party has been several times branded as a traitor.

Mutua’s association with the Jubilee government has often angered Wiper party officials and members.

The Machakos governor has often fallen in trouble with Kalonzo for working with Uhuru.

Kalonzo has been accusing Governor Mutua of allegedly being used by the Uhuru Kenyatta government to divide the Kamba votes ahead of the 2017 general elections.
