The MP has said that any student from any secondary school that will get grade A in their KCSE will get a brand new laptop.

“This will not be CDF money, but money from my own pocket. Students from the constituency who qualify to join different universities will get some money for their school fees,” said the MP.

“If you bring a letter from your university, we shall attach to it a Sh10,000 cheque,” added Kibunguchi.

However, the legislator condemned the residents who are over 18 years of age and do not have Identification Cards (IDs). He said that if any student went to his office for assistance, then having an ID should be one of the requirements in case they are over 18 years.

Addressing residents in his constituency, Kibunguchi said that they should ensure that their children got ID cards as soon as they hit 18 years.

“I am helping you today, you should reciprocate also when it comes to voting. There is no way you will vote without an ID card," he said.

He added that the residents should give equal education rights to both boys and girls.
