At Ugenya on Saturday, Raila who spoke in local dialect, however insisted that supporters should be ready to reach Canaan without 'those cowards'.

"The journey to Canaan is on course and nobody should lie to you that it is over. We shall continue pushing for reforms," he said.

The coalition has been grappled with anxiety since Odinga took oath in absence of his co-principals, a move that has cast doubts on the strength of the coalition.

And Odinga, despite maintaining that the coalition remains strong, gave yet another hint that he may quit and concentrate on his ODM.

"I smell betrayal but even Jesus was betrayed by his friends. But we I urge you to prepare for another Canaan without cowards," he said.

For weeks now, NASA supporters have labelled Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula cowards, a claim them have viciously fought back.

Busia Senator Amos Wako was even more direct when he said Raila should give yet another trial for presidency.
