Citing the 100 days strike that commenced December 5, 2016, Uhuru said he will sack any doctor, who ignores Kenyans' plight by downing tools.
Doctors had warned that they would kick off a nationwide strike, if the government does not pay their three months salaries, when they were on strike.
"I want to tell your here and now that if they try going on strike again, this time, we will sack them. I swear before God and before you. I will sack all of them,'' Uhuru said, as he addressed residents in Wangige, Kiambu county.
He warned that Kenyans lost their loved ones as doctors were on strike, and that it was time, for the medics to think of other people's welfare.
"We took them to school to study and gave them jobs which they swore to uphold. How can they just leave patients to die in the name of striking for more many? This is unacceptable!'' he said, Wednesday.
He further assured that the medics would be paid their three months arrears.
