After pulling an unexpected political move in January when he ditched Jubilee Party for ODM, former TNA Secretary General Onyango Oloo disappeared from the public limelight.
However, he is back with a big bang.
While addressing a group of his supporters in his bid for the Kisumu Central parliamentary seat in Kisumu on Wednesday, Oloo claimed that he was in Jubilee to spy on the party activities and that he now has all the secrets on how to springboard Raila Odinga's presidential bid.
Having previously claimed that President Kenyatta did not win the 2013 elections, Oloo revisted the thorny issue by saying that the perceived Jubilee Party strongholds do not have the numbers but instead, the regions are marred by incidents of double voter registration, something he says played a key role in Kenyatta's victory four years ago.
The former powerful TNA boss who played a crucial role in President Kenyatta's victory in 2013 asked the IEBC to clean the voter register to ensure that only eligible voters are allowed to take part in the August poll.
While pitching for his election to be Kisumu Central lawmaker, he promised to give the incumbent Ken Obura a run for his money even as he exuded confidence that he will clinch the seat.
