ODM treasurer Timothy Bosire now claims he is one of victims along with Raila Odinga who suffered under the hands of data firm Cambridge Analytica 'grassroots rigging'.
Already, Raila has hinted a possible legal battle with Facebook, which is also accused of collaborating with the firm to run negative campaigns against him.
"I am very disappointed with Facebook and I am contemplating taking legal action against them,' Raila told British Channel 4 in an interview.
An expose by the British media, links the data mining firm of allegedly influencing elections in more than 200 countries.
In an article at one of local papers, Bosire claims Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i, worked in cohorts with the firm to kick him out.
"I was a victim of this Cambridge Analytica - propelled grassroots rigging last year. This was confirmed when Matiang'i celebrated my removal," said the ex-Kitutu Masaba MP.
At a function in the constituency early this year, Matiang'i openly lauded locals for 'kicking out' Bosire, a perennial critic of Jubilee.
High Court sitting in Nyamira dismissed a petition filed by Bosire against eventual winner Shadrack Mose, but the former has since appealed.
