Embattled Embakasi East Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino has directly linked President Uhuru Kenyatta to his tribulations following nullification of his victory.
Presiding Judge Joseph Sergon nullified Owino's victory citing violence among other electoral misconduct despite the latter emerging victorious in vote recount.
And at Milimani High Court, Owino maintained he was a victim of State House manipulation adding that he will emerge stronger.
"State House has seized the judiciary and it is a war between Babu Owino and Uhuru Kenyatta," he stated.
He further said: "I will still emerge a winner even if I run against Uhuru in Embakasi East. The will of the people has been postponed but I will not go down."
Having graduated from student politics, Owino joined national politics by defeating Francis Mureithi, the petitioner in Nairobi County.
His lawyers lead by Edwin Sifuna has since moved to the Appeals Court to challenge the outcome which they termed as 'political'.
