Controversial Embakasi East MP Mr Babu Owino has yet again hit the headlines after issuing a stern warning to the youths in his constituency.
Just days after Owino allegedly called the Cabinet Secretary for Interior Mr Fred Matiang'i "the late" (marehemu) but defended himself by saying the CS is not the only bearer of the name in the country, the first time MP has descended on the youths.
In a post on his Facebook page, Owino urged the youths to turn up in large numbers as he seeks to empower them through education with money from the CDF financial chest.
"Youths who are not in school will get training in vocational institutions, will be trained to be saloonists, plumbers, electricians, barbers, drivers, carpenters, masons..etc. All these will be paid using money from CDF," said Babu.
However, Babu warned that whoever refuses to be trained will be expelled from his constituency.
"Refusal to get trained or schooling yet not employed will attract a severe punishment of being expelled from Embakasi east constituency.God bless Embakasi east constituency," he added.
