Nakuru County 'First Lady' Elizabeth Kinyajui has committed herself in ensuring that her husband, Governor Lee Kinyajui, fulfills all the promises he made to Nakuru electorates during the campaigns.Kinyajui said that residents will not regret electing her husband as he is ready to serve them."I will ensure the Governor delivers all pledges made while campaigning. The Governor has promised to help face-lift educational institutions and help youths across the county so their talent is nurtured," Mrs Kinyanjui said on Saturday.She was attending a motivational talk at Moi Amalo Secondary School in Kuresoi South.The St Paul's University don also promised to help the less fortunate in her own capacity and forward the people's concerns to the county chief.She noted that nursery school teachers were earning meager salaries despite their hard work and called on the State and county governments to consider raising their income.Mrs Kinyanjui who was flanked by Beatrice Korir, Deputy Governor Dr Erick Korir's wife, said they will come up with projects for the needy.The two, who teach English, guided Kuresoi South candidates who are preparing to write their KCSE exams in a month time.Photo/Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui during a press briefing in his office in Nakuru.
