NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga has insisted that the opposition will not allow their victory to be taken away by the Jubilee administration.
Speaking at Lifunga village during the burial of later IEBC ICT director Chris Msando, Raila said their response this time will not be as passive as before when they were quelled by the Supreme Court ruling.
"This time round election thieves must let go as Kenyans are tired of oppressive leadership," Raila said.
He said that they decided to move to court with the hope that the judiciary will 'redeem' itself and tell Kenyans the truth.
"But regardless of the court's ruling there is nothing like accept and move on this time round if the court rules against us," Raila added.
He said they are in court to reveal to Kenyans how Jubilee used dubious means to take away his victory.
