This comes after the MP accused Kiambu County Governor William Kabogo for allegedly embezzling Sh800 million meant for the infrastructure and development of Kiambu County, and Kabogo vowed to sue Ng’ang’a for defaming him.

Speaking on Monday in Thika town when she met with investors to launch Thika Growth Plan (TGP), Ng’ang’a said that Kabogo should go ahead with his threats, since she is confidence of her allegations and she is ready to prove it in the court of law.

“Am confident of my allegations and he should go ahead and sue me so that now we can table facts inside the court,” said the MP.

The MP expressed his concern with leaders who brain wash residents with mere development, urging the people of Thika not to fall victim of the same.

“My people of Thika, you should not be brainwashed by empty promises, we need roads to be constructed especially General Kago road which was to be tarmac ked by last year,” added Ng’ang’a

She said that she has plans to open new libraries in the constituency to facilitate the newly opened Thika Girls School to compete on the same grounds with National schools in the country.

The legislator said that education is fundamental to the economy of the county and leaders who only develop empty promises should learn by example what leadership means and what the people of Kiambu want.

The law maker revealed that she is not afraid of any politician, and her manifesto does not involve threat but fulfilling what she promised during her campaign.
