This is after Naivasha High Court Judge Christine Meoli suspended Waiganjo's five year jail term and ordered a fresh trial on June 7.
Judge Meoli directed him to take plea at the Naivasha chief magistrate's court on June 13.
However, Waiganjo in a letter to the CJ David Maraga, claims that he does not trust the Naivasha court since some people are trying to influence the case.
"I request your office to transfer this case from Naivasha Law Courts to either Nairobi or Nakuru as I feel I will not get justice from this law court," he said in the letter.
He lamented that in the High Court ruling that some crucial documents and evidence are missing from his file.
"There are unknown people who interfered with proceedings and very crucial documents were removed from my file," he added.
According to Waiganjo, the same persons could interfere with the retrial and he may end up spending more time in prison.
"I have requested a bond or bail, which is my constitutional right, but the prosecution has strongly objected to this, claiming that I have other pending sentences, which is a lie," he said.
He has already spend two years at Naivasha GK prison.
Waiganjo will now be charged a fresh with three charges including impersonating an assistant police commissioner and being in possession of government stores the offences he committed between 2012 and 2013.
