President Uhuru Kenyatta has thrown another salvo at NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga claiming that since he is assured of a victory in the August polls he is willing to ensure the former Prime Minister gets a monthly stipend when he retires after the defeat.

However, the stipend Uhuru is taking about may anger NASA coalition loyalist since the president was taking a bout the monthly cash programme they accord the elderly.

“Jubilee is ready to ensure Mr (Raila) Odinga benefits from the cash programme for the elderly after August 8 since he has not chance of winning the presidency,” he said.

He was addressing a campaign rally at Malava Township at the start of his tour of western region.
