Nakuru Town West MP Samuel Arama has exuded confidence of retaining his seat with a landslide come next year's elections.
Speaking in Kaptembwa on Wednesday, Arama warned his political detractors to brace themselves for a humbling defeat claiming the electorate are satisfied by his track record.
Arama added that he would garner more votes than he even did during the 2013 elections saying he had lived to the expectations of his constituents.
At the same time he vowed to clinch the Jubilee Party nominations on whose ticket he swore to defend his seat.
The MP who was elected on the Orange democratic movement (ODM) ticket early Monday also caused a stir when he challenged Nakuru residents to re-elect Governor Kinuthia Mbugua and President Uhuru Kenyatta during the Equity Bank's Wings to Fly launch at the county headquarters.
