President Uhuru Kenyatta has challenged NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga to brace himself for a bruising political battle during the forthcoming general elections.

Speaking on Wednesday during his tour of Nyamira County, the Head of State vowed to beat the former Prime Minister, adding that the ODM Party leader has no chance of winning the county's top seat.

The opposition chief will be giving the presidency a third stab.

“Jubilee is ready to ensure Mr (Raila) Odinga benefits from the cash programme for the elderly after August 8 since he has not chance of winning the presidency,” Kenyatta said.

“(Jubilee) are confident of clinching victory on August 8 and our aim is to unite all Kenyans and ensure peaceful co-existence of the different communities,” he added.
