Budalang'i MP Ababu Namwamba has promised to clobber Orange Democratic Movement Party in all elective seats in Busia County during the forthcoming general elections.
Speaking in Funyula on Monday, the Labour Party of Kenya leader noted that he has a formidable lineup that he expects to give ODM a run for their money.
"We have already made a decision and we are not turning back. ODM should forget winning key seats in Budalang'i, Funyula and Busia as a county," he said.
"This time round we are ready and we want to teach ODM a lesson by capturing all the seats we gave them," he added.
The former ODM Party Secretary General further accused the Orange Party of frustrating the will of the people during the ongoing Party primaries.
"For the last 10 years the people of Budalang'i have strongly been in ODM but some few individuals, who were not happy with our presence, frustrated us," he said.
The legislator is set to seek re-election for a third term on the Labour Party ticket.
