South Mugirango parliamentary aspirant Silvanus Osoro has pledged to utilise the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) to implement long-term development projects.
Speaking while holding his campaign at Tabaka area on Monday, Osoro said that in the past members of parliament have been wasting CDF in allocating the funds to projects that are not needed in the society and there is need to change that and the residents should ensure that they are consulted.
“We have been seeing a lot of funds being brought in the constituency by the MPs but they are only wasted and we would like them to ensure that the money is utilised well,” he added.
Osoro added that he will ensure that he monitors all projects so that to ensure they are delivered on time and are beneficial to them.
