Huruma MCA Peter Chomba has promised to work with Uasin Gishu governor Jackson Mandago despite their political differences.
He said elections were now over and it was time to deliver promises made to the electorate.
"We had some political differences but that did not mean we were enemies. Fighting is over now it's time to work," he said in Eldoret town,Tuesday.
"I will accord him my full support for us to fulfill the promises we made to the electorate and also campaign for President Uhuru Kenyatta to clinch back the presidency," he added.
He, however, urged politicians to conduct their presidential campaigns peacefully and avoid using utterances that might trigger violence.
"Let us stop name calling and tribal utterances that might lead to violence. We should allow every politician to sell his manifesto regardless of the party," said Chomba.
Huruma MCA Peter Chomba did not see eye to eye with Governor Mandago since he abandoned him and supported his competitor Zedekiah Bundotich alias Buzeki.
