Opposition leader Raila Odinga seems to be revisiting his earlier claims that he won the 2017 presidential race on August 8.
Speaking in Kakamega, Raila said that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) can attest to that.
"This is why I was not arrested even after taking the oath," Raila told his supporters.
He claimed that NASA had accessed IEBC servers and have all the evidence that he beat President Uhuru Kenyatta in the race.
The opposition chief also warned that there will be no elections in 2022 if the 2017 'mess' will not be cleared first.
"We must first fix what happened in 2017 before we go to 2022. If it will not have been (fixed), there will be no 2022," he said.
The new development is likely to create disagreements between NASA and Jubilee despite the handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga which had cooled political temperatures.
