Speaking today in Kisii, he said a clear case of no charges against the Ocampo 6 dragged for 6 years yet it was clear there was no case to answer.

“The Hague had it’s own other agenda to frustrate our own leaders. They are not interested in solving problems Kenyans go through but want to prove their strengths against the African countries,” said Nyang'au.

He added that European where not being charged at the ICC despite allegations of human rights violations among some leaders of the superpowers.

He added that the country ought to withdraw from the ICC.

“It is a time we focus on our own local courts in the country. ICC has proved to be interested only in the frustrating African leadership,” he said.

He condemned the use of false witnesses in the name of justice for Post-Election Violence victims.

“It was clear that witnesses were bought, bribed and coached on what to say at the Hague," said Nyang'au.

"This is very unfortunate for such a court those behind fixing of Kenyans at the ICC should be charged,” he added.
