The CS, who was speaking in Homabay County during the 10th anniversary of the Mango tree, an NGO supporting over 4,000 orphans in Rachuonyo region said though he is not a politician, being able to leave the world better than we found it is worth than any other thing.

“Being able to change people’s lives and transform lives and leave the place better than you found it has to be one of the most fulfilling things that one can do,” he said.

He lauded the 'Mango tree', an organisation supported largely by donors from the United Kingdom for their effort to change lives of the orphans they support and the discernible development changes they have brought in the community.

The CS also thanked the group for breaking ground for a girls' secondary school that is in the process saying education is the key without which we will go nowhere.
