Rarieda Member of Parliament Otinde Amollo has advised the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission on how to save time during the ongoing Presidential repeat elections.
Through his twitter account, Amollo urged IEBC to declare the polls closed by noon and start counting.
According to Amollo, the move will ensure all the are counted by 2pm, something that will save the country time.
"I think the IEBC can start counting by Noon and declare HE Uhuru Kenyatta President by 2pm to save time & energy," tweeted Amollo.
Amollo was contributing to #BoycottPollsKE that has been trending for the better of the day.
Voting process has been slow in a number of opposition strongholds after NASA leader Raila Odinga urged supporters to stay home/
On Wednesday, Odinga declared that NASA had been transformed into the National Resistance Movement that will champion for fresh polls within 90 days.
