The High Court issued the directive after lifting a directive by the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board (PPARB) that had stopped the process.

High Court Judge George Odunga issued the interim orders in a case filed under a certificate of urgency.

“In the meantime, further proceedings with a view to implementing the Review Board’s decision be and are hereby stayed,” he stated.

Odunga further directed that the file and proceedings from the board be placed before him Thursday .
