The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has faulted the Coalition of Reformed Democracy over its plan to storm its offices.
Cord had on Friday threatened to storm the IEBC offices at the Anniversary Towers on Monday over the Okoa Kenya signatures.
The commission has however asked Cord to respect the law since the Okoa Kenya signatures push had failed, and that the commission did not need to explain further on the matter.
Cord principals Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula have accused the commission of working to ensure that the exercise collapses.
However, IEBC said the referendum push collapsed as Cord did not get the required number of signatures.
The IEBC called on the Okoa Kenya Secretariat to send its technical experts to meet with the IEBC technical team to acquaint itself with the methodology used to select the signatures instead of the Opposition storming the offices.
