On Monday the Supreme Court judges gave a ruling that many considered a win for the opposition coalition NASA after it ordered the IEBC to provide the petitioner access to their servers used in transmitting the August 8, polls.
However, NASA lawyers led by Paul Mwangi have come out gun blazing claiming that the IEBC has not complied with the orders given by the court on Monday.
The Supreme Court had ordered the IEBC to provide the NASA legal team with 'read only' part of the server but now Mwangi said IEBC has only offered them printed logs instead of 'read only'.
"NASA's lawyer Paul Mwangi accuses IEBC of giving printed logs instead of 'read only' server access," said Mwangi.
NASA is expected to give their report on the server on Tuesday at 5 pm.
