St Mathias Busia Secondary School has threatened to take legal action against the electoral commission.
This is after protesters brought down the school's perimeter wall during the October 26 repeat presidential election.
School principal Titus Isogol told The Standard that the wall was destroyed by youths from Marachi slums who wanted to flush out IEBC officials on the voting day.
"The wall would not have been brought down had IEBC not used the school as a polling centre," he said on Tuesday.
Isogol said the electoral agency must rebuild the wall, expressing concern for the security of his 163 national exam candidates.
"Neither IEBC nor national government officials had visited the school to assess the damage," the principal added.
