The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has organised a voter education roadshow in Nairobi County, today (Friday), to promote the ongoing mass voter registration exercise.
The caravan will be flagged off at Uhuru Park from 9:30am, with several stop-overs of 20 to 30 minutes across seven areas in the city.
From Uhuru Park, the caravan will use Haille Selassie Avenue to Wakulima Market, then to Westlands, Kangemi Market, Uthiru Shopping Centre, then through Naivasha Road to Kawangware.
The voter education roadshow will thereafter head to Toy Market and later to Kibera.
IEBC has since ruled out any possible extension of the exercise ends February 14, to allow collection of data in preparation for the August the, general elections.
