The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is facing more pressure after publishing seven names of losers in the official gazette notice on Thursday.
The commission left many Bungoma residents in shock after the names of winners in the just conclude August 8, polls were missing and replaced by losers.
The irregularity affected MCA-elects of Webuye East and West constituencies.
In Webuye East Ali Mutoka who won the seat was replaced by Wekesa Simiyu whom he had beaten in the polls, Martin Wanyonyi who also won the Ndivisi MCA seat was replaced by Catherine Samini.
The same mistake was also reflected in five other wards in the county. Bungoma county ODM chairman was quick to blame IEBC for the irreularities in gazettement.
"I am shocked that IEBC can have such glaring errors. We need to be told how this happened and the mistake should be rectified immediatedly. Someone who was number four can not be declared winner in a gazette notice," he said.
