IEBC is planning to falsify the presidential results on forms 34B.
This is according to a statement by NASA co-principal Musalia Mudavadi.
Mudavadi said IEBC has either "failed or refused" to share the said forms from returning officers in the country's 290 constituencies to each of the presidential candidates and their agents."The failure can only lead to a conclusion that the forms do not exist and the commission is busy generating fake forms to justify its declaration of results made on August 11," reads the statement as quoted by The Star.
NASA complained that despite its chief agents requesting IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati to present them with the forms, nothing has happened.
"The said forms cannot be traced or accessed on the commission's online portal," the coalition says.
NASA's sentiments were shared by Thirdway Alliance leader Ekuru Aukot who complained of anomalies in the results.
"Something went fundamentally wrong. Only the truth and justice on what at transmission of results will set IEBC free. We shall be sharing our audit of the results transmission. We are worried. An injustice happened," he said.
