[Photo|Daily Nation]The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has postponed the fresh presidential election in one additional county.This is after chairman Wafula Chebukati, postponed election in four counties of the Luo Nyanza region, Thursday.The counties include Kisumu, Homa Bay, Siaya, and Migori.Chebukati, said the elections would be held on Saturday 28.Addressing the press during an update on the state of the election, Chebukati cited security concerns in the said counties, after residents turned violent, barricading roads using stones and bonfires, preventing ferrying of election materials.On Friday, IEBC further postponed an election in Turkana County, citing an incident where electoral materials could not reach five stations due to flash floods caused by heavy rains.
