Opposition adviser David Ndii now claims that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission generated ‘fake’ Forms 34A and 34B that were submitted to Supreme Court as evidence.
On Saturday evening, the Supreme Court is expected to set ruled for engagement as the presidential petition case kicks off.
And the controversial academician now says IEBC failed to generate original forms and reverted to ‘cooking’ of figures to argue their case.
“No kidding, IEBC submitted River Road documents to the Supreme Court,” wrote Ndii, who has also started advocating for secession of Kenya.
He further says: “Most of these forms lacked contractual security specification and were manufactured to defend electoral fraud which is unacceptable.”
NASA, IEBC and Jubilee have lined up renowned lawyers in the country for a serious court battle that would determine the legality of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s reelection.
James Orengo will be leading the opposition troops while President Kenyatta has secured services of city lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi.
