Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will make a major announcement Sunday at 8:30pm, the chairman has said.
The commission's chair Wafula Chebukati said they are discussing issues of counties where the election was suspended.
Asked whether there will be an election in the counties, Chebukati said he will give an answer at 8:30pm.
"We are having a meeting over the issues and we will give a comprehensive answer at 8:30pm," Chebukati said.
Among the announcement that Chebukati will make is on whether they will announce President Uhuru Kenyatta the winner of Thursday's vote.
