President Uhuru Kenyatta has reached out to Kenyans asking them to re-elect him so he can complete the social initiatives he started.
The president said he deserves to go for another term since he had already put in place a plan to increase the monthly stipends for the elderly in the country.
"In our manifesto, we have also increased the amount of money that will be given to the elderly," he said.
"From next year, all Kenyans aged 70 years and above will access money to take care of their needs," he added.
The Head of State said there are numerous other projects, including the Free Secondary Education plan, which need them in office again for completion.
