Former CIC chairman Charles Nyachae has told Kisii county women rep Mary Otara to hate him if she continues faulting Education CS, Fred Matiangi.
Speaking on Friday at St Augustine Otamba Girls’ School during a school fundraiser, Nyachae noted that Matiang’i has done his best to improve education sector in the country and there is no need to be faulted over his job as the CS.
Otara who graced the event accused Matiang’i of sacking some school principals where fire tragedies have been experienced in the current days by saying Matiang’i should follow the constitution and not take the law into his hands.
“I have been practicing law for many years and I understand what Matiang’i is doing and he is doing his job well so nobody should fault him for the few mishaps,’‘ Nyachae said.
His sentiments were echoed by Kitutu Chache MP, Richard Onyonka who graced the event by saying Matiang’i should continue with his job positively.
