Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet has ordered the arrest of individuals ejecting transfered school principals.
This comes at a time when cases of school heads have received backlash from new schools across the country.
The IG stated that the move is unlawful and will not be tolerated.
“We will not allow people to interfere with learning in schools in the name of ejecting principals,” Boinnet is quoted by capital fm.
Schools affected so far are Cardinal Otunga in Kisii, Friends Kamusinga in Bungoma and St Joseph Girls Kibwezi.
A number of the heads are behind ejected on the grounds that they are unqualified to run their new schools.
According to TSC, the de-localisation programme was aimed at promoting national integration.
