Deputy Governor of Nairobi County, Polycarp Igathe sought to listen toissues from South C residents on evening of Wednesday.
During the meeting, Igathe was keen to engage all 120 estates of South C inworking together as his main agenda.
The residents through their association presented a list of issues whichIgathe promised to address soon.
Among the issues raised were lack of playing ground spaces in schools and residential areas, grabbing of market land and issue regarding land disputes between churches and residents.
Igathe warned those who broke the law in South C and other commercial areas in Nairobi County that it was a matter of time before they are captured.
“To all land grabbers, your days are numbered. We have tasked our CECM for Lands together with the National Land Commission to reclaim all lost land in Nairobi County. Watch this space for more action on this,” said Igathe.
The deputy governor noted that the county was behind the development ofwater sources for the last 20 years. He reiterated that residents strained whenit came to water supply that’s why the county initiated more plans for new watersources.
